Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FreshScene Cleaning. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services

FreshScene Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including office cleaning, medical centre cleaning, retail cleaning, post-construction cleaning, strata property cleaning, fitness centre cleaning and aged care cleaning across Sydney, NSW.

 

We aim to deliver services in a timely, professional, and high-quality manner. Specific tasks may vary depending on the service booked and the condition of the property.

 

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows or cancellations on arrival will be charged 100% of the service fee.

 

3. Access

It is the client’s responsibility to provide access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not available and the cleaner cannot complete the job, a call-out fee may apply.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All pricing is quoted upfront and may vary depending on the size and condition of the property.

  • Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, PayID, or cash.

  • Invoices can be issued upon request.

 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of the job. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost, subject to the original scope of work.

 

6. Damages & Liability

While we take utmost care during all cleaning services, FreshScene Cleaning is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Items of sentimental or high monetary value left unsecured

 

Please store valuables securely. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

 

7. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is deemed hazardous (e.g., biohazards, unsafe conditions).

 

8. Privacy

All personal information collected during booking is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and will never be shared with third parties without consent.

 

9. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

FreshScene Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client is abusive, threatening, or violates these terms.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
